INCOSE

How2SE has played a leading role in SE trade association, INCOSE. INCOSE was founded in 1990 with the specific goal of facilitating the application and development of Systems Engineering. The Dutch branch started in 1996 and How2SE consultant, Omar El-Haloush, is now its general secretary. Until early 2020, How2SE consultant, Paul Schreinemakers, was International Technical Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He is now an honorary member of INCOSE Netherlands.

SE Guideline

How2SE was heavily involved in the development of the SE Guidelines, versions 1 to 3. With these guidelines, ProRail, Dutch Public Works and Water Management, NL Engineers, Bouwend Nederland, Vereniging van Waterbouwers and Techniek Nederland offer a platform for dialogue on Systems Engineering between customers and contractors in the civil engineering sector.
